In Feb 2008 I bought an 60cm Ashford 4-shaft table loom. It sat in sheds and containers until Nov 2017 when I went along to a weaving class to learn how to use it. I had the weaving bug!

After several successful projects, I decided that I wanted a larger and more complicated loom, so bought a brand new 110cm, 8 shaft, Louet David III loom and started weaving on it in June 2022.

I started this blog in 2018 when I realised that I needed a way of keeping track of my weaving projects. A place to store ideas for future projects, to note my successes and trials.

This is that place!
