Once the 7th piece was woven, I cut the fabric from the loom and separated each piece. They were then washed in the machine on a warm water, normal cycle. Next I trimmed the loose ends and pressed them with a hot iron before leaving them to dry overnight. In the morning, I trimmed the fringes of each piece so that they were even at both ends and rolled them with a lint roller. The last step in their completion was the sewing-on of labels.
