As I had woven as far as I could on the warp, I cut all pieces from the loom.
I decided that these pieces should have very small fringes, so I used the sewing machine and zig-zagged along the warp ends of each piece using 100% cotton thread. As each piece had been zig-zagged, I cut them apart. Once all were stitched, I washed them in the washing machine (normal, warm water cycle), trimmed all loose ends, pressed each with a hot iron and left them to dry. Once dry, I rolled them with the lint roller and sewed a label onto each piece.
I am so pleased with all of these pieces. The fabric is beautifully soft and drapey, and each piece (with the exception of the blues) has gorgeous iridescence.
